Porsche Cars North America's (PCNA) plans to move to a new strategic location in the US happened at the same time we were building our reputation for project management expertise there, and so our appointment to project manage their largest real estate project outside of Germany was destined to be a recipe for success.
The success of the project is down to the strong relationship built with PCNA, and the level of project management experience we brought to the table. We came on board early during the complex approval process, which helped us develop the type of partnership that made it easy to represent their interests and foster a truly collaborative culture.
Bringing it all together
Atlanta was the city of choice, a city Porsche has been proud to be part of since 1998. The seven storey building set over 27 acres includes office space for 400 employees, restaurants, external business centre, data centre, and technical training centre. So far so straight forward, but the iconic sports car brand also required a retail outlet, classic car display and restoration workshop, and a world class experience centre featuring a unique test track.

The development was received with much acclaim and with fans of the sports car brand across the world itching to experience Porsche in all its glory, we are sure One Porsche Drive will be a popular destination for many years.
